Bear Hunt rewards one hero in one slot. Swordland rewards holding buildings. Strongest Governor rewards what you saved last month. Playing all three the same way is the common mistake.
Chenko or Yeonwoo, leftmost slot. Only your first hero's first skill counts, and flat buffs stack where chance skills do not.
Stables, then Bell Tower, then income. The Swordshrine pays 1,800 alliance points a minute. Kills pay almost nothing.
One Mithril is 40,000 points. The event is decided by what you stockpiled and which day you spend it.
Each one pays for a decision you make before it starts, not for effort during it.
That is also why the events reward different players. Swordland gives a small account real personal rewards for collecting loot nobody else bothers with. Strongest Governor rewards patience over power.
Read the event screen before the event opens, not after it starts. All three publish their own scoring, and in all three the scoring is where the surprise is: only four joiner skills count, buildings pay per minute, and one Mithril outscores a week of speedups.
